What we collect when you use VouchTrove, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

VouchTrove (“we”, “us”) operates vouchtrove.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not require an account to use the site. Most of what we collect is basic analytics about how pages are used, plus the affiliate tracking that lets a retailer tell us a purchase came from our link.
When you click a link to a retailer, an affiliate network may set a cookie or pass an identifier so that a resulting purchase can be attributed to us. The retailer and the network typically tell us that a sale happened, its value and the commission due. We do not receive your name, address or payment details from them.
We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site, including our hosting provider, our analytics provider and the affiliate networks we work with. Each acts under contract and is not permitted to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell personal data.
Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on standard contractual clauses together with appropriate safeguards. [Confirm which providers and which mechanism applies.]

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
